A company in the industrial sector was operating under a collective labour dispute, creating significant operational and organisational risks.
In this role, I represented the social side, covering all trade unions, working closely with management boards and supporting the negotiation process in a constructive and solution-oriented manner.
In parallel, audits and verification of selected business and restructuring initiatives were conducted across two major entities.
This resulted in reaching an agreement, stabilising operations, and creating a foundation for further development.
