An organisation faced the need to secure its position within a complex investment project involving significant contractual and financial risks.

My role was to design and implement a strategy for securing interests and pursuing claims against the contractor.

This resulted in the successful enforcement of high-value claims and a significant strengthening of the organisation’s negotiating position.

Reorganisation and Stabilisation in the Healthcare Sector

An entity in the healthcare sector was operating under significant debt and operational pressure.

In this role, I led a reorganisation process including debt restructuring, optimisation of key processes, and development of service offerings.

This led to a substantial improvement in financial performance, enhanced quality of services, and overall stabilisation of the organisation, along with improved working conditions for the team.

Case 3

Collective Dispute Resolution in the Industrial Sector

A company in the industrial sector was operating under a collective labour dispute, creating significant operational and organisational risks.

In this role, I represented the social side, covering all trade unions, working closely with management boards and supporting the negotiation process in a constructive and solution-oriented manner.

In parallel, audits and verification of selected business and restructuring initiatives were conducted across two major entities.

This resulted in reaching an agreement, stabilising operations, and creating a foundation for further development.
